New Rally Novice Title

O'Lugh's Ahoy Morgan O Swansea ("Morgan")getting his Rally Novice RN title at the Hudson Valley Hound Association Show in NY on July 20.
He got first place in Rally Novice B with a score of 93 out of 100 points. This was just before his 1st birthday.

It has been said that the membership of every organization is made up of four kinds of bones:

The Wish Bones: They spend time wishing someone else would do something about the problem.

The Jaw Bones: These do a lot of talking, but little (if any) work.

The Knuckle Bones: They knock everything that anyone tries to do with negative talk (We never did it that
way before! We tried that and it won't work!).

And then finally, thank God, there are the ----

Back Bones: They get under the load, carry the burden and do the work.

What type of bone do you want to be?

On March 4, 2007, Abbey earned her third leg at the Labrador Retriever Club
trial to obtain her Rally Excellent title. The judge is Celeste Meade, NH.
Abbey is owned by Colleen Brown. Congratulations to Abbey & Colleen!

McGuire goes Westminster for the very first first time and is BOS.

McGuire (DC Carrickaneena Ardri SC), his owner Janel Milner, and Rosey (Carrickaneena Roisin Clancy) and her owner, Pat Reilley, meet the Dog Club students at the Landmark School. Dog Club members learn all about dogs, their behavior, the different breeds, about treating dogs with respect, and owner responsibility. They are a wonderfully educated group of students! There should be such a program in ALL schools. These young people know more about dog owner responsibility than many adults.
